Report on working here

No account needed. No email address. Nothing retained that identifies you.

Twelve structured questions across eight pillars, each with checkable answers. It takes about four minutes and you can stop at any point — a partial report still counts toward the pillars you completed.

Before you start

Do not name anyone. Reports about identifiable individuals are not published, executives included, and naming someone is the one thing that will cause a report to be discarded rather than published. And read this first: in a small enough team, nobody can promise that what we publish cannot be traced back to you by inference — we cannot, and we say so here rather than after.

What happens to it

It joins a quarterly cohort. Nothing publishes below the minimum reporting threshold, and no single report can move a score far enough to be identifiable as yours.

Start · Find your employer

Search for the company you worked for.

One entity, resolved — trading names, subsidiaries and the legal entity all lead to the same profile, so reports about the same employer are counted together.

You will be asked twelve questions about that employer. You can stop at any point.

III

Your anonymity

Nothing you enter here identifies you.

You can report with no account and no email address at all. The report joins a quarterly cohort, and nothing publishes below the minimum reporting threshold — so no single report can move a score far enough to be identifiable as yours.
