I
How it works · From a report to a number
Twelve structured questions, not a paragraph.
Free text decays into sentiment and cannot be checked. Decent Mark asks twelve structured questions with checkable answers across eight fixed pillars, and tiers the evidence behind every one of them.
What you are asked
Concrete, answerable things: notice periods, "roster publication windows, whether a bonus outcome matched what was communicated, whether a stated policy was applied. No star ratings and no free-text box that becomes the evidence.
What you are never asked
Anything that identifies you or anyone else. No email address, and no manager named. Reports about identifiable individuals are not published, executives included.

Evidence tiers · Five levels, fixed weights
Not every report counts the same, and the weights are published.
A cryptographically attested worker carries more weight than an anonymous submission, and a court order carries more than either. The multipliers are fixed and published in advance.
- T3 Documented — court, tribunal or regulator findings, statutory registers, or the company’s own filings. Weight 1.00. The only tier that can raise a flag.
- T3-R Reported — media reporting by an identifiable masthead with a resolvable URL. Weight 0.40. Corroborates a flag; never originates one.
- T2 Verified worker — a submission whose author cryptographically attested employment, with the attestation destroyed. Weight 0.70.
- T1 Signed-in worker — an authenticated account with anti-sybil controls applied at issuance and never joinable to a submission. Weight 0.35.
- T0 Unverified — anonymous, no account and no attestation. Weight 0.10, and capped at 10% of any pillar’s evidence weight. T0 and T1 together are capped at 30%, and T0 is excluded from Management Quality entirely. Surplus weight is discarded, never redistributed.
III
Publication · Quarterly, in frozen cohorts
A score is a photograph of a period, and the period is printed on it.
Reports are batched into publication epochs. A published cohort’s denominator is fixed at publication and never quietly restated. Movement between quarters is shown as band movement, never as point deltas.
Nothing publishes below the minimum reporting threshold, and the threshold varies with employer size. Below it, the profile shows what is known and no number at all.

What a company gets
A free, permanent right of reply, at equal prominence.
Never edited, never behind a payment, never prioritised by payment, and never gated. A reply behind a wall is not published in any sense a court will credit.
